How to get help, and how to delete your account or data.
Getting access
CFS Go has no public sign-up. Your organisation’s administrator creates your account and tells you the address of your organisation’s workspace. Enter that address when the app first opens, then sign in with the login your organisation provides.
Trouble signing in or using the app
- Check that the workspace address is correct and starts with https.
- Check that you have a connection, then pull to refresh the screen.
- Sign out and sign in again from Settings.
- If a feature is missing, ask your administrator: what you can see depends on your role.
Still stuck? Email support@cloudfusions.com with the app version, your device model and what happened. Please do not include passwords or confidential business data.
Delete your account or data
Your account and records are held by your organisation’s deployment, so your administrator removes or deactivates your account and deletes personal data there.
Administrators with the Admin or Partner role can request an export and a confirmed erasure of the organisation’s data from Settings in the app. Erasure is confirmed with a six-digit code sent by email and has a 90-day recovery period.
To delete the data the app keeps on your device, sign out and remove the app. If you cannot reach your administrator, email support@cloudfusions.com and we will route your request to them.
