CFS Go terms of use
Last updated 4 October 2026
These terms cover your use of the CFS Go mobile app published by Cloudfusions LLP. Your organisation’s own agreement with Cloudfusions governs the platform deployment the app connects to.
Using the app
The app works only with an account created for you by your organisation. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details and your device secure and for what is done with your account.
Use the app only for your organisation’s legitimate business purposes and in line with your organisation’s policies and applicable law.
Your organisation’s data
The records you view and enter belong to your organisation. What you can see and do is decided by the roles your administrator assigns, and actions you take are recorded in your organisation’s audit trail.
Acceptable use
- Do not try to access data or functions you have not been given.
- Do not interfere with the app, the platform or other users.
- Do not reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it.
Availability and changes
We may update or withdraw features of the app. Some actions need an internet connection, and information shown while offline may be out of date until the app reconnects.
Not professional advice
The app presents information calculated by your organisation’s platform. It does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice.
Liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law permits, Cloudfusions LLP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
